This is a Home Exercise कार्यक्रम (HEA) designed specifically for individuals experiencing low back pain secondary to sciatica. It provides a guided set of therapeutic exercises aimed at relieving pain, improving mobility, and restoring normal function of the lower back and affected leg.
What problem does it solve for the customer?
Sciatica-related low back pain can cause discomfort, reduced mobility, nerve irritation, and difficulty performing daily activities such as sitting, walking, or bending. This HEA helps to:
Reduce nerve compression and irritation
Alleviate pain and stiffness in the lower back and leg
Improve flexibility and spinal mobility
Strengthen supporting muscles to prevent recurrence
Promote independence in managing symptoms at home
What exactly will the customer receive?
The customer will receive:
A structured set of targeted exercises for low back pain and sciatica
Clear instructions on how to safely perform each exercise
A simple, easy-to-follow routine suitable for home use
Guidance on frequency and dosage of exercises
Exercise prescription:
All exercises should be performed 1 set of 10 repetitions each, at least twice a day.
