Project Description
Hey there,
Chloe here from Austin—senior graphic designer at Adobe, basically living out of a carry-on between here and San Jose these days (these trips are brutal on my back, but that's a whole other story). I'm 28, got this amazing but exhausting 2-year-old Theo who's all "why" questions and park sprints that leave me wiped, and yeah, pregnant with baby #2 right now, so the juggle's next level. Lately, my UX team's been buried in this big app redesign, but we're short a couple spots for folks who can really dive into motion graphics and user flows without flaking on the hybrid chaos—resumes are okay, but interviews fizzle 'cause they don't vibe with our creative brainstorm style or the travel grind. It's got me playing reluctant recruiter on top of sketching mocks till midnight, and with Theo's nap schedule and the pregnancy fog, I don't have the bandwidth to keep winging it. I love the team, but we need that talent boost to keep things flowing without me burning out more.
Spotted your Korn Ferry HR headhunting thing and it sounds like it could be a game-changer for nailing those hard-to-find creative hires who actually stick. Quick thing: can you help with sourcing UX designers who thrive in remote/hybrid setups and get the Adobe tool grind, maybe with a focus on folks who balance family life too? How's the process for mid-sized teams like ours—fast placements with that global reach to match our Austin-San Jose shuffle, without the endless back-and-forth? Would love to chat if it fits.
Thanks a ton,
Chloe
