Project Description
Hey there,
Chloe here—senior graphic designer at Adobe, mostly parked in Austin but bouncing to San Jose every other week for scrums that leave me totally drained. I'm 28, got this wild 2-year-old Theo who's all "why" questions and park sprints (love him, but man, it's a workout), and yeah, pregnant with baby #2, so the juggle's next level right now. Lately, my UX team's been kinda stuck on this app redesign—super talented folks, but we're siloed as hell, not sharing ideas or getting proactive in brainstorms, and it's got me playing fixer instead of just diving into the fun sketching stuff I live for (or even my evening scone bakes to unwind). The pregnancy fog and back aches aren't helping my headspace either; I wanna lead with more energy to spark the crew, but I'm second-guessing how to make it inclusive and fair without burning out more, especially with the work-life balance feeling like a tightrope.
Spotted your Cornerstone talent management thing and it vibes with what I need—stuff on building inclusive behaviors, personalizing development, and rebalancing pipelines to get everyone contributing without the awkwardness. Quick thing: can it tweak for a hybrid creative team like mine (lots of virtual collabs across time zones), maybe helping motivate remote designers to open up and innovate while I balance the mom chaos? How does the learning/content side work for someone like me who's detail-obsessed but introverted—any real-life examples from tech/creative spots?
Just wanna know if this could help us flow better and me show up stronger before the little one flips my world. Hit me with deets if it fits!
Thanks a ton,
Chloe
