Project Description
Hey there,
Chloe here—senior graphic designer at Adobe, based out of Austin but basically a part-time San Jose nomad with all these trips that leave me wiped. Lately, with my team's deep in this UX revamp, I've been feeling like I'm carrying the whole brainstorm load—folks are super talented, but they're not jumping in with ideas or getting proactive in meetings, and it's got me playing fixer instead of just diving into the fun stuff like sketching quick park scenes or messing around with a scone recipe in the evenings to unwind. I'm 28, got a wild 2-year-old named Theo who's all "why" questions and endless energy, and yeah, pregnant with baby #2, so the juggle's real—deadlines, travel fog, and that nagging back ache from hunching over my tablet aren't helping my headspace for leading with the spark I want.
Came across your Stakeholder Centered Coaching thing with Marshall Goldsmith, and it sounds kinda spot-on for shaking up how I show up for the crew—love the focus on measurable growth and getting stakeholders involved without it being some fluffy workshop that fizzles out. Quick thing: can it tweak for a hybrid creative team like mine (lots of virtual collabs across time zones), maybe helping me get 'em sharing more without me filling all the silence? And how does the follow-through work for someone balancing mom life—short sessions during Theo's naps or post-flight? Would love to know if this could help me lead with more ease and get us flowing better before the little one flips my world even more.
Hit me back if it vibes—thanks!
