Project Description
Hey there,
Chloe here from Austin—senior graphic designer at Adobe, bouncing between here and San Jose more than I'd like (these trips are killer on my back, but that's a whole other story). Lately, our UX team's been slammed with this big app redesign, and we're short a couple spots for folks who can really dive into motion graphics and user flows without burning out on the hybrid chaos. Resumes are piling up, but half the interviews fizzle 'cause they don't vibe with our creative brainstorm style or the travel grind—it's got me playing recruiter on top of sketching mocks till midnight, and with Theo (my 2-year-old tornado) and baby #2 on the way, I don't have the bandwidth to keep winging it. Love the idea of a partner who gets the talent hunt for tech/creative roles without the endless back-and-forth.
Your LHH recruitment sounds like it could be a game-changer for scaling our team without the headache—quick question, can you hook us up with hard-to-find designers who thrive in remote/hybrid setups and actually stick around? And how's the process for mid-sized crews like ours—fast placements with that local/global mix to match our Austin-San Jose shuffle? Would love to chat if it fits.
Thanks a ton,
Chloe
