Project Description
Hey there,
Chloe here—graphic designer at Adobe, splitting my time between Austin's chill vibes and San Jose deadlines that have me running on coffee and sheer will. I'm 28, got a super energetic 2-year-old named Theo who's all about park chases and endless "why" questions (love the kid, but man, it's exhausting), and yeah, pregnant with baby #2 right now, which is exciting but has me feeling like I'm herding cats while trying to nail UX mocks without dropping the ball. Lately, my team's been kinda stuck on this big redesign—talented folks, but they're not sharing ideas or jumping in during brainstorms, and it's got me playing fixer instead of diving into the creative stuff I live for, like quick park sketches or those evening scone bakes that keep me from losing it. The pregnancy fog and back aches aren't helping my headspace either; I wanna show up as a better leader who sparks the crew without burning out more, but I'm second-guessing how to get us all opening up and flowing better.
Saw your coaching options and it hit home—love the human-centered vibe for making spaces psychologically safe and unlocking that potential through powerful questions. Quick thing: can it tailor for someone like me in hybrid chaos (virtual sessions during Theo's naps?), and how does it help with motivating a creative team to contribute more while I balance the mom juggle? Any tweaks for the personal side, like easing the stress fog so I can lead with more empathy and less second-guessing?
Just wanna know if this could help me (and us) get that proactive spark back before the little one flips everything. Would love to chat deets!
Thanks a bunch,
Chloe
