Project Description
Hey there,
Chloe here—senior graphic designer at Adobe, mostly chilling in my Austin spot but bouncing to San Jose every other week for scrums that leave me totally drained. I'm 28, got a wild 2-year-old (Theo's all "why" questions and park chases that wipe me out), and pregnant with baby #2, so yeah, life's a juggle. Lately, I've been feeling stuck leading my UX team on this big redesign—folks are talented but kinda quiet in brainstorms, not sharing ideas or pushing proactive, and it's got me filling all the silence myself, which is sucking the joy out of my sketches and even my evening scone bakes (that's my therapy, you know?). The pregnancy fog and back aches aren't helping my headspace either; I wanna show up as a better leader who sparks the team without burning out more, but I feel like I'm winging it on the basics.
Saw your module on those 10 universal coaching principles and it sounds like it could be a chill way to build that foundation—practical stuff to rethink how I guide convos and get everyone contributing without it feeling forced. Quick thing: can it flex for someone in hybrid chaos like mine (virtual sessions during Theo's naps?), and how does it help with motivating a creative crew to open up more? Would love to dive in if it's a good fit—hit me with deets on getting started!
Thanks a ton,
Chloe
