Project Description
Hey there,
Chloe here—senior graphic designer at Adobe, mostly chilling in Austin but splitting time with San Jose scrums that have me running on fumes. I'm 28, juggling a wild 2-year-old (Theo's all "why" questions and park sprints that wipe me out), and pregnant with baby #2, which is exciting but has me feeling like I'm herding cats while trying to nail UX mocks without dropping the ball. Lately, my team's been kinda stuck on this big app redesign—solid folks, but they're not jumping in with ideas or pushing proactive in brainstorms, and it's got me playing fixer instead of focusing on the creative spark I love (like late-night sketches or those weekend baking flops that keep me sane). I know it's not just "throw some training at 'em," but the deadline fog and my own mom-work juggle are making it hard to lead with the energy I want—feels like we're all a bit siloed, and I'm second-guessing how to get us flowing better without burning out more.
Your DDI leadership stuff jumped out at me 'cause it sounds real—science-backed, personalized, not some generic workshop that fizzles out. Love the focus on changing behaviors for actual business wins while building that human connection. Quick questions to see if it'd fit my whirlwind: Can it tailor for a hybrid creative team like mine, maybe with virtual sessions I can squeeze in during Theo's naps or post-flight? And how does the immersive/personalized part work for someone balancing leadership with pregnancy brain—any tweaks for motivating remote designers to share ideas without me filling all the silence?
Just wanna know if this could help us (and me) get that proactive vibe back and deliver better results before burnout hits harder. Hit me back!
Thanks a ton,
Chloe
