Project Description
Hey there,
Chloe here—senior graphic designer at Adobe, mostly hunkered down in my Austin spot but still bouncing back and forth to San Jose like it's my weird full-time hobby. With baby #2 on the way (Theo's about to be a big bro at 2, and he's already a total energy monster with his park chases and endless "why" questions), plus the gestational diabetes watch from my last check-up making me paranoid about every carb, I've been feeling kinda stuck on the weight side—nothing crazy, but the travel junk food temptations and late-night UX mocks have me grabbing whatever's quick, and it's tanking my energy for chasing Theo or even those quick sketch sessions that keep me sane. I love my baking unwind (scones are life, but yeah, the butter doesn't help), but I need something sustainable to drop a few pounds and build some muscle without ditching the fun or feeling restricted, especially with the pregnancy glow (or fog?) making everything feel off-balance.
Your nutrition plans sound like they could be a low-key fit for my chaos—no fad diets, just stuff that works with real life. Quick Qs to see if it'd click for me:
Can you tweak it for pregnancy vibes and the diabetes watch, like easy swaps for airport snacks or baking hacks that keep blood sugar steady while helping with stubborn fat around my midsection?
Would portion guidance and ongoing tweaks help build endurance for the mom juggle, maybe with motivation tips that tie into my routine so I stay consistent without overhauling everything during travel weeks?
Just wanna know if this could get me feeling stronger and less foggy before the little one flips my world again. Hit me back!
Thanks a ton,
Chloe
